It is with a heavy heart that Rural and Remote Medical Services (RARMS) will be closing the Naas St Medical Centre in Tenterfield on the 30th of September 2022.

We’d like to thank our patients, staff, and the Tenterfield community for their support over the past 2 years.  

​

To ensure continued care for our patients, RARMS has been working with Dr Ali and local GPs to develop a transition plan. As part of this plan, all patient records will be transferred securely to Rouse Street Medical Centre on 30 September 2022.

Dr Ali will be joining the Rouse Street Medical Centre team on the 21st of November 2022.

Rouse Street Medical Centre is located at 357 Rouse St, Tenterfield NSW 2372. Appointments can be booked by calling 02 6736 1522.

You are entitled to request your records be transferred to another doctor of your choice. This transfer will be at no cost to you, as part of the RARMS commitment to support you and the local community.

How can I transfer my medical records?

If you have found a new medical practice, you can ask your new medical practitioner to request your medical record from RARMS Health. On receipt of your signed request, your medical record will be sent to your new practitioner via secure messaging.
