Helpful Health Apps

Staying well and healthy can be hard.  To help, we have put together some links to a range of health apps that can be used to help you reach your better rural health goals.

By accessing the apps you understand that RARMS is supplying these links as information and that you need to read the information about them and make a decision for yourself whether the apps or the advice that may be contained in them are appropriate for your needs.  If you are not sure, talk to your local GP.  Some apps are only available on the Apple Store or Google Store.  If the link does not respond when clicked, this means that the app is not available.
